Bedifol GmbH has been awarded the kununu Top Company seal for the first time in 2026.

The employer review platform kununu has named Bedifol GmbH a “Top Company 2026.” The award is based on independent reviews posted by employees on the platform. Bedifol GmbH is thus among the companies with the best work environments in Germany.
“We congratulate Bedifol GmbH on qualifying for the first time as a Top Company 2026,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “Only five percent of companies qualify for this special seal. This sends a positive signal, both as a flagship for potential applicants and as a reflection of the company’s culture internally to employees. As a result, 71 percent of the companies that received the seal reported an increase in the number of applications. A full 81 percent also recognize the award as an important part of their employer brand strategy.”

To qualify for the kununu Top Company Seal 2026, a company must meet the following criteria:
- At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.
- A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a possible 5), both overall and in the employee reviews.
- Over the past twelve months, the employee rating score must be at least 3.8 stars.
- At least two new reviews in the last twelve months. An updated review also counts as a new review here.
A survey* conducted by kununu among companies that were recognized as Top Companies during the previous certification season also revealed that 80 percent of the surveyed companies received positive feedback regarding the Top Company certification during the application process. Furthermore, 81 percent of the recognized companies would recommend that other employers strive to qualify as a Top Company.
